Terms, Privacy & Refunds

The agreements and policies that govern your use of Tech Sales Starter and its digital learning services.

Part I

Terms & Conditions

01Acceptance of terms

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Mister Wright LLC, DBA Tech Sales Starter, for your use of techsalesstarter.com and its courses, downloads, and certifications (the “Service”). By using or purchasing the Service, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy.

02The service

We provide self-paced and cohort-based online training in technology sales, including videos, written materials, templates, quizzes, and certificates of completion where included. Content is delivered digitally and may be updated or retired over time; we do not guarantee indefinite availability.

03Accounts & eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. Access is licensed per person and may not be shared or resold.

04Payment & access

Prices are in U.S. dollars and are due in full at purchase unless a payment plan is offered. Access is granted after payment confirmation. Future price changes do not affect past purchases.

05Content & license

All course content is owned or licensed by Mister Wright LLC. Your purchase grants a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal learning. You may not reproduce, resell, or use the content to build a competing product without our written consent.

06Acceptable use

You may not share credentials, scrape the Service, bypass access controls, harass staff or students, or use the Service unlawfully. Violations may lead to suspension without a refund.

07Results & disclaimers

Earnings & Outcomes Disclaimer: Tech Sales Starter is a training program. We share strategies, frameworks, and real examples, but results depend on effort, market conditions, and factors outside our control. We make no guarantee of employment, income, promotion, or any specific outcome.

The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

08Limitation of liability

Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, except where liability cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or gross negligence.

09Termination

Either party may end use of the Service. Violations may cause suspension or termination. The provisions covering intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability survive termination.

10Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue lie in California state or federal courts.

11Changes to these terms

Material changes will be reflected by an updated Effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
